The Sundown Patrol of Lee County, Inc. was formed when the pilots’ club needed additional help observing.  The observers’ group comprises the majority of The Sundown Patrol.  Our aircraft are still provided by Sundowners, Inc., the original pilots club.

Membership in the Patrol is open all members of the community 16 years and older.  Aviation experience is not required.  After taking a short Patrol class you will be placed on the schedule for dates that you are available.  As a member of a Patrol crew you will be able to see our beautiful coastline as few others experience.  You will also enjoy the fellowship of the the other members of the Sundowners.  Dues are only $15 per month.

The Sundowners, Inc. And The Sundown Patrol are currently meeting on the first Wednesday of each month at the Page Field Base Ops building located on Capt. Channing Page Rd. at 7:00 PM.  The public and prospective members are invited to attend.
